In 2025, Padel Affair led the design, construction and management of a premium padel court facility at Osterley Sports and Wellbeing Centre. Quality was prioritised at every stage, from the groundworks through to delivery, featuring a remarkable playing surface, a top-of-the-range padel court with a distinctive blue frame and matching turf and a dedicated spectator area providing excellent views of play.

As a result, the site quickly became a hub for the local community, offering a space to socialise and discover the sport. Padel West London cultivated an engaged community where players connected with fellow enthusiasts and participated in beginner coaching sessions to develop their skills or learn the game from scratch. Padel Affair is proud to have built a loyal padel community in the heart of Osterley, welcoming players of all abilities to enjoy the sport.
